Mommy & Me Strollerfit
Outdoor Mommy or Daddy & Me class ages newborn to 5 years old.
Burn calories & increase your heart rate while spending time with your child and other moms or dads!
Class structure – 5 minute Warm Up, 15 minute Cardio, 10 minute Circuit Training, 10 minute Mat Work & 5 minute Cool Down
*You must be 6 weeks postpartum or cleared by your physician*
All you need is a stroller and yoga mat or towel!
Location: Peanick Park- 715 State HWY 42, Osage Beach, MO 65065

Single Class - $15, first class is $10
Dates- Classes will resume Spring 2024
Thursday Mornings 9-9:45am
*Classes are non-refundable, rain days will be rescheduled
